ocean view private balcony delicious food

i had a premier lux king room. the room featured a private balcony with a nice ocean view. the bathroom had a bathtub i used after long days. the food was amazing!!! dinner at pippa restaurant stood out.

The hot water system wasn't quite right. Sometimes the shower water was lukewarm.

friendly staff special decorations breakfast quality inconsistent air conditioning fluctuating water temperature shower issue

i appreciated the friendly and kind nature of EVERY staff member. the hotel prepared special decorations for my daughter's birthday , and she loved it. the breakfast quality was great , and i enjoyed the options available.

the air conditioning was not consistent , and i had trouble adjusting it. the shower water temperature fluctuated unexpectedly , switching between hot and cold. SOMETIMES this made showering difficult and uncomfortable.

The room had a large window. It provided a clear view of the city. The rooftop area included a pool and a bar. The staff helped me with directions to nearby attractions.

The breakfast menu remained the same each day.

The fitness center included treadmills and stationary bikes. The rooftop featured a bar with a great view. There was also a pool that had comfortable lounge chairs available .

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The beds were comfortable. The room also featured a large window with blackout curtains to ensure a restful sleep during the day.
